In week # 2 of the jumpstart, you’ll receive a 3-day meal plan in your preferred choice and based on your meal plan assessment request.

In week # 3 of the jumpstart, you’ll receive a 5-day meal plan in your preferred choice and based on your meal plan assessment request.

In week # 4 of the jumpstart, you’ll receive a 7-day meal plan in your preferred choice and based on your meal plan assessment request.
