If the key to good nutrition is consuming a variety of foods, then veggies can truly stand as the cornerstone of a healthy diet. Of all foods, they offer the most diversity: there are literally hundreds of varieties available to us, because of careful plant growers today’s vegetable harvest is continuously being expanded and improved. Veggies supply nearly all of the vitamins and minerals required for good health and many of them contain complex carbohydrates that furnish us with energy.
Despite all of this goodness, so many people avoid eating veggies. That’s why the #VeggieHaterChallenge was created to inspire you to get healthy and eat more veggies. And when you consider how inexpensive most veggies are compared to meat and other animal foods you really are getting the most out of the calories you consume when you emphasize veggies in your diet.

  4. Anyone struggling with food-related health dilemmas, that could improve from higher veggie consumption and holistic cooking.

  5. Anyone that was to eat veggies that taste good, not bland.

During this challenge, you’ll receive an email daily with an audio clip veggie lesson—as well as a PDF containing two recipes featuring the veggie of the day!

Not only will you be receiving nutritious and delicious recipes, for 14 different veggies, but you will also learn their availability, shopping tips, how to store them, tips and tricks on how to prepare them and their nutritional profile to get you motivated to eat them more.

The 14-day veggie hater challenge begins February 16TH-February 29TH. You will have access to the challenge recordings for 21 days. (Passwords giving you access to the clips will expire March 8, 2020) Please download PDF recipes daily, so that you have access to the recipes after the challenge has ended.
