Anyone who wants to lose weight and start laying the foundation to more mindful eating, by consuming more plant-based foods.
Anyone struggling with food-related health dilemmas, that could improve from higher veggie consumption and holistic cooking.
Anyone that was to eat veggies that taste good, not bland.
During this challenge, you’ll receive an email daily with an audio clip veggie lesson—as well as a PDF containing two recipes featuring the veggie of the day!
The 14-day veggie hater challenge begins February 16TH-February 29TH. You will have access to the challenge recordings for 21 days. (Passwords giving you access to the clips will expire March 8, 2020) Please download PDF recipes daily, so that you have access to the recipes after the challenge has ended.
